Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi im dr.hema physiotherapist.

If xray and mri shows no abnormalities, and if pain not responding to the medications.
You can talk to your dr about physiotherapy modalities(ultrasound and interferencial therapy) that helps to reduce pain and relax your joint and muscles.

The therapy helps to reduce sweeling by acting on inflammatory process.if swelling z only due to stress once your pain is reduced, consider strengthening your ankle joint that helps to prevent stress in future.

Hope the information z useful.
In doubt do reply.
