What Should I Do For Upper Back And Shoulder Blade Pain?
Having right upper back, shoulder blade pain and goes into upper right arm. Have to lay flat on back to sleep or pain hurts to much on my sides. Been getting adjustments at chiropractor and after an adjustment cough quite a bit. Been going on for a month.
