What Should I Do To Feel Better Having Broken The Bones At A Very Young Age And On Plaquenil For Auto Immune Problems Which Have Damaged The Eyes And Teeth?

I have many broken bones since 1955 when my left leg was crushed in a car accident. At the same time I broke my left arm and 4 fingers,. then in 1989 a Kindergarten child threw a wooden ironing board at me when he was hurting another child, and I fell over a small table and have had many back problems.Doctors thought I should or should not have back surgery. I have not had surgery and I am now 78 years old. I have had many health problems including autio amune problems and have taken plaquenil for over two years. My eyes and teeth have been damaged because of the plaquenil. also. the doctor has taken me of Fosamax and any milk products for the last two years. Also, I took cortizone shots back in the 70s and gained over 75 lbs in one year. I have lost over 60 lbs since. I am in a walker since I fell in 1989. What should do to feel better? I have asked my primary health doctor, but he is the same health organization. I am changing Healh Plans.so can change doctors but they have all my health records and know I am going to change two doctors in the group.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem you have disturbed mentally and feeling so insecure, but in fact that is not true you have to bring back your confidence and leave all the negative thinking try to forget all the bad incidence, accept the reality this what the condition you have right now is normal for you and nothing to worry about this, every thing will be fine once you get prepared for these, have good luck.
