What Should I Do To Have A Normal Life After Septoplasty?
I Had Septoplasty 4 Years Back and Even Today I Am Unable to Run..lift Objects..strain of Any Kind. Why?
If I strain the nose swells up and I get headaches..I had a CT scan done which says.. Nodular mucosal thickening coupled with secretions,Left maxillary sinus,hypertrophied right inferior turbinate.Right maxillary sinus is unremarkable. Marginal bowing of posterior nasal septum towards Right PS: I have no difficulty breathing so I think there isn't any blockage Please help me..Why can't I strain...what should I do to be able to play and run like other normal happy people???

You are suffering from sinusitis,and this might be a cause for your early tiredness on exertion You may find relief by taking the following medications: Nasal steroid spray like Mometasone, Nasal decongestant like Oxymetazoline, Antihistaminic like Cetrizine.
Also you should undergo following tests to rule out cause other than nose: Chest X-ray, Pulmonary function tests,ECG.
