Diabetologist please Dear Doctor sir, I am 82 year old male.i have typeIiDIABETES (NDDM) since 2012.My HbA1c is always below 6.5.my fasting level is always around 124 to 128.postlunch is normal around 145 to 150. I am taking SITARA DM1000 since July 2024.But despite this Sitagliptin,Dapigliflozin and metformin ,my fasting levels are not coming down.please advise what I have todo

Levels mentioned by you are very much under control. Hence, there is no need to worry. Continue your medication and diet management. Your targets are FBS below 130 and PPBS below 180 with hba1c below 7.
