What Should And Shouldn't Be In A Diet Of A Type 2 Diabetic Patient?
I am a recently diagnosed diabetic. Type 2 DM. I am just 25 year old girl.. I m 85 kgs with 5.3" height.. I m confused over lots of contradictory information over what is good or bad for a diabetic patient. I want to know what can I eat and what not.. And how much I should work out. Thanks for help :)
hi, reduce the carbohydrate items like cereals. avoid sweets, diary products. try to take more vegetables. exersise for an hour a day. what you need is a defenite weight reduction. keep in mind that total avoidance of diet can develop ketosis which can be fatal, hence always moderation is your goal. hope this helped.
