What Should Be Done About Breathlessness, Chest Tightness And Persistent Cough Despite Changing Medication?

Hello, my wife age 33 year suddenly feel breathlessness and chest tight feeling after walk in morning 6days before. After suggestions of a medical practitioner, give dexamethasone, doxycycline, azithromicin, terbutaline combination for four days but not get much relief, now change and give deriphyllin, bromohexine, dexamethasone twice and montair LC in night once. But still cough stick in chest not come out and get only some relief in breathlessness not full. It is her first time when she suffer this problem

Hello,

Advice is to take cough syrups that has mucolytics, she can also take bromhexine tablets or syrup to help the mucous out and clear the lungs and nasal passages. The breathlessness that she is experiencing is because of cough that is unable to come out. However, chest tightness is common. in angina. Avoid sedentary life and quit smoking and do not take alcohol. Meet a GP.
