What Should Be Done After A Scratch By A Rabid Dog?

I was scratch by a rabid dog with his nails for the past few days maybe almost a week, my skin broke but it was only little. I have been feeling weak, dizziness and barely grip my hands. I took a thermo test and it was only 37`c didn t take any meds since.
