What Should Be Done After Being Hit By A Wine Bottle Opener In Hand?

my husband was opening a bottle of wine with an opener that had a c20 cartridge. The needle popped out the cork, but then went into my husbands hand and it shot the c2o into it. It swelled up but has since gone down. it didn t bleed much where the needle went in, so I do not believe he hit anything important. If you press on the area you can feel bubbling?
