What Should Be Done After Coming In Contact With A Bat?

Hey there- Two weeks ago my friends and I were hanging out in an old school, now turned into a music rehearsal space. We noticed something flew around us in the hallway and we realized it was a bat. I never felt it come into contact with me (at least I think). Should I get in touch with a physician soon?

Hello,

There is no need to go to hospital if it didn't touch you and you did not have any fluids come into contact with you. However, if you develop a fever or rash, then you would need to go get checked.

Take care.
