What Should Be Done By A Breast Cancer Patient After Discovery Of New Legion In The Liver?

hi , i have metastatic breast cancer and was diagnosed in 2010 i have had chemo for the breast cancer and radio then had macsectomy of the breast just been to have ct scan and it showed a new legion in the liver is there any thing i can do i am already now on chemo for it

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
Honestly, liver metastases are bad sign and it indicated poor prognosis. but exact life survival is hard to predict since it depends on your iummune system and presence of other metastases. Sometimes, if there is only single liver lesion ,then liver metastasectomy can be performed but other metastases should be ruled out by PET scan. If there are multile lesions then chemoth is the only option.
