Yes Dr. Samuel ,you can. My name is Teresa I go to U of L Aim clinic , for my issues on this mainly but it take so long things are happening before i can get to Dr.Stephens, sorry. My ankles swell red puffy burn to touch, not so bad last few week , cause i can t get quick enough help when things occur so I Dr. myself with just thinking how to stop this or that, ah what did i eat ah what was the last thing this or that salt what!. it gets wild. And a new thing a sore last 3 months i ll say well this things dry today withdry skin around it I didn t eat anything high colesterol or salty just maybe crackers. Shuuuuuuuwe, this thing is wow.

Hello, Thanks for your query. 1. There is possibility of having varicose veins or deep vein thrombosis in your left leg giving rise to obstruction of vascular drainage resulting in swelling, infection, redness and pain. 2. Another possibility of having diabetic foot if you have diabetes. I would definitely want to investigate further to isolate the case and treat it at the earliest.
