What Should Be Done For Discomfort In Throat When Swallowing?

I can see my epiglottis in the back of my throat and i hav never been able to see it befoee and it affects my swallowing abilities .it doesnt hurt but quite annoying it feels as if im being slightly choked and like something is stuck in my throat. What should i do??

Thanks for posting the query,
This could be due to cold, bacterial and viral infection take a proper course of antibiotics and analgesics. take lukewarm saline rinses . take steam inhalations, you will be fine.
