What Should Be Done For Dry,curly Hair And Hair Fall ?
hii :) I m 21 years female. I have a very dry curly hair . It looks horrible and these days there is lot of hair fall. so can you please tell me how to maintain my hair.
Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
If your hairs are curly naturally then you need to maintain them buy having shampoo and a conditioner and moisturizer to help them remain normal and not get dried.As for hair fall there are many reasons of hair fall like anaemia;deficiency of multivitamins and minerals;thyroid problem;alopecia aerata;dandruff;telogen effluvium and even after wasting fevers like typhoid/malaria.So you will have to get examined and the problem should be diagnosed then you can be treated.Presently you can start on a multivitamin and mineral tablets and get a CBC done to rule out anaemia;and if you have a low haemoglobin then you will have to take iron tablets.Please consult a skin specialist for examination and he will treat you properly.
Thanks
