What Should Be Done To Avoid Miscarriage?

Hi dr,I had a missed abortion early in January and I have been trying for a child ever since then,i got pregnant last month(May) and suddenly all my signs went off,did a scan and it was reported to be a threatened miscarriage,i have been advised to take gestin tablet 3 times a day,what is your advice?I don t want to lose this one.
