I have a question about the attention span of 4yr and 5 month old son who gets distracted in the class during group activity...How can we improve his attention span and concentration? Also his teacher mentioned that he is not having eye contact...But he looks at us when he talks..So kindly advice

You have to be patient with him.
Give incentives for his good behavior like take out for picnic,playing with him,telling stories,giving his favourite food or toy.
This will act as positive rienforcememt.
Do not scold him.
