What Should Be Done To Track Periods, Was Taking Depo Shot For A Year Earlier?
I was on depo shot for a year, and I stopped getting the shots period. It took 8months to get my period which lasted for 4days for the next two months. Now I dont know when my period comes it just come. So now I'm trying to get it back on track to I know when I'm able to ovulate and ttc. Anything I can do?
