Hi , Thanks for the query.
What you are describing is palpitations. There are several causes - anxiety, hyperthyroidism. Go to a cardiologist and he can explain the findings of your echo .I advice you to get a THYROID PROFILE and ECG.Also try and reduce the stress levels practising yoga.

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.It is quite normal to feel abnormally your normal heart beats when you are resting or may be in anxiety and stress.What do you mean by black spot in lower left heart? Most likely this is your own interpretation of the Stress Echo.Since the reporting of the Stress echo is done by a cardiologist,he can't write report like that.Please get your facts right.Thanks and good luck.
