What Should Be Glucose And Sugar Level During Pregnancy ?
I have 30+5 weeks pregnancy and today had gone through gulucose test. I had 75gm gulucose after lunch and I had tea and then after two hour I had gone through blood test and its reported 245 sugar level. Is it normal? If not then how to reduce it and what to do next.

hi,welcome to healthcare magic.yeah,your value is at higher level than normal.THis is called gestational hyperglycemia(diabetes mellitus).The blood level after 2hrs of lunch should be under 125-140 mg/dl.so better you consult your gynecologist ,she will put you on some hyperglycemic medications like metformin.along with that you take small frequent meals with fruits and juices.avoid sweet things.take care.
