I m in the processing of losing weight, i.e. Weight Watchers, I have been both moderately exercising more, brisk walking on average of 1 to 1.5 hours daily. I also joined a gym. I ve gone from 271 lbs. in October to my current weight of 250 lbs. What should be my BPM while walking? It s averaging out at around 119 bpm.
I think your BPM is kinda low, do you age above or below 45? if you are older then your bpm must be 220 - your age i.e. if i age 50 ill subtract 50 from 220 to know my ideal bpm while doing exercising.
