What Should Be The Blood Pressure Range When Suffering From Kidney Failure?

I am taking 4,000 units monthly.I have stage 4 kidney failure and doctor for high blood pressure. My blood pressure stays in in the 145-150 systolic range and the diastolic is usually in the 55-60 range. It will go to the 130 range at times, but not consistently at any time.Should it be lower more consistently? I feel it should be lower . thank you.
