What Should Be The Course Of Action After Child Hits Head On Falling?

My 3 year old daughter fell out of a shopping cart today. She hit the back of her head and when I picked her up, I noticed her nose was bleeding just a little bit. She acts fine and I can t feel a bump where she hit her head. Should I be worried or see a doctor since her nose was bleeding a little or just keep any eye on her?

A nose bleed is not a good sign , but she didnt had any loss of consciousness that's a good sign. A CT scan head is advisable as it can rule out any bleeding inside the skull.
