What is the dosage for akurit4??actually my father in law noticed a lump in neck...nd fnac was done....diagnosed as tb..dr prescribed akt 4 dose 1 tablet before meals....nd den 3 all together... BT he felt uneasiness.... So doc prescribed akurit4...... 3 in a day....now how is it to be taken all 3 together or in divided dose...nd is it effective if he takes in divided dose
