i am a 30 year old boy, my daily routine is given below-
get up at 4.45am.,5am to 6am exercise (3km run faster then jogging,500 skipping) ,6.20am-walking 1.5km for office,and do a computer related job. then in evening exercise of 75-100 dips, 100 sit-ups,please inform me my ideal diet ,i am a non-vegetarian .
