Patient age: 74/ female Gallbladerstone in cbd ,ERCP done. report-Papilla visualised-small.Selective canulation of CBD achieved. cholangiogram showed a large filling defect in mid CBD s/o stone with upstream dilataion of proximal CBD and CHD, IHBR. Intrapancreatic CBD is normal sized and tapers down to the papilla. A wire guided sphincterotomy done and a 10cm 10Fr stent placed in the bile duct. Free flow of bile seen. Conclusion Large CBD stone. Biliary sphinctrotomy with stenting done. advised laser surgery- your expert comment on it and adevise best sergion, estimated expense, admite duration in mumbai and navi mumbai

It can be done by laser also. The duration of admission and expenses depends on the procedure chosen for you, any associated diseases and complications, etc. Only the operating surgeon can tell you this after complete evaluation.
