What Should Be The Time Gap Between The Two Paracetamol Doses For An Infant?

My 13 months old baby is suffering from fever ranging upto 102.Doctor advised me wikoryl (2.5ml ) 3times a day,spectratil (2.5ml) 3 times a day & if still there is fever ,he said to take Meftagesic-p 2.5ml only once in a day.Is it advisable sincle wikoryl & Meftagesic both contains paracetomal 125 mg & what should be the time gap between the two Paractemol Doses. Yes it is advisable because the dosage of paracetamol for 13 month old baby is 125 mg every 6-8 hourly up to maximum of four doses daily. If fever is not subsiding with wikoryl 2.5 ml three times daily you can give your child meftagesic-p 2.5 ml once a day. There is no harm in doing so as also advised by your doctor so don't worry much.
