What Should Be The Time Interval Between Meftal And Crocin?

Hi, My 3.5 yr old daughter has cough and cold, runny nose since last 2-3 days. She is having high fever today 103 and we gave her crocin, fever is now at 101. Should we give meftal p to her now ? how many hours gap is recommended after giving crocin, we gave her crocin 1hr back. Thank you for your response in advance

Hello dear,
Fever is going down so no need to give meftal.
Meftal should be avoided in children.
If fever persist just increased dose of crocin syrup.
Give meftal only after consult with paediatricians
