What Should Be The Time Interval Between Pacimol Drops?

Hello Sir, Please advise! My baby is one year and 4 months. Since last night she is having fever. I have given pacimol drops with an interval of 6 hours. Though I checked her temperature one at 4am it was 38.5 and now at 8 38.5 it s the same. My husband is out of town and Iam new to the city. Iam checking with my colleagues regarding good hospital to take her immediately. My only question is wat should have been the gap while giving pacimol drops

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
you can repeat Pacimol drops after 4 hours if fever is not responding.
But important is to give enough water and liquid and keep her well hydrated so that there will be profuse perspiration bringing down fever.
If require do cold sponge.
Ok and take care.
