What Should I Do As I Am Having Dry Throat That Makes Discomfort?

I m pretty sure I have a sinus cold. So I have been taking Advil cold and sinus. My throat has been hurting but after I take the medicine my throat feels a little bit better. However my throat feels really dry and it is causing more discomfort. I ve been drinking water, but it does not seem to help. What should I do?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello
The dryness in your throat maybe due to the nose block by the sinus infection!
Please dont worry, take steam inhalation 3-4 times a day and put xylometazoline nasal drops inside the nose , 2 drops 3 times a day, that will open up your nose and give you relief!
I would also like you to meet an ent doctor for considering antibiotics for your sinus infection!
Thanks
