What Should I Do For Cramping, Vomiting In Pregnancy?
I am 9 weeks pregnant. So far I was perfectly normal, no morning sickness etc. but since yesterday I am having slight off and pinch like cramps on left side of abdomen and I vomited some yellow bitter tasting liquid today. What should I do for this uneasiness
Congratulations first for your pregnancy. Hope everything will be fine until the day your baby will be among you!
It is normal to experience cramps and vomiting especially on the first 3 semesters as you are experiencing now.
Usually, no treatment is prescribed unless you'll be really bad. If this happens, should consult OG specialist for further evaluation.
I'd advise to : - avoid foods provoking vomit or cramps - take some lemon juice or smell lemon when you are about to have vomiting or nausea - drink more water - eat often and small portions - avoid oily, too sugary or fried foods
All the best my dear! Dr.Bardha
