ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

What you are feeling is normal after any infection either due to reflux or a vitamin deficiency or just a recovery of the mucosa of the oral cavity.

In any case do these:
-take an anti reflux tablet like pantoprazole in consultation with your doctor
-add a multivitamin like zincovit for good measure-
-take lots of green leafy vegetables and soup
-avoid spicy and oily food

If you do not get better then you must get an upper GI endoscopy and get back to me or any ENT with the reports

regards
Dr Sriram Nathan
