What Should I Do If Gush Of Blood Comes Out Of Ear After Ear Infection?
My son had an ear infection a month ago due to allergic reaction he could only have 9 days of antibiotic , he was fine but then he started feeling itching and a bit of pain and he felt gush of water in his ear, dr gave him ear drops saying he has fluid behind his ear drum , I was cleaning his ear with a ear bud and a gush of blood came out and stopped , he had no pain . What should I do?

do not clean ears with buds.
ears do not require cleaning.
it is possible that you have injured either the ear canal or the drum.
see an ENT to confirm.
donot worry, traumatic conditions of the ear heal very well.
