Hello Sir,My weight is not that much okay..but im slim i want to gain more weight and build muscle s.. So that i have a good personality.. My height is good ..my marriage is in January 2015, so i dont won t that people says a boy s marriage is.!! I want to be healthy.. So what s ur opinion about this ??Or if i take a nutrition gpr gain weight then is it compulsory to go gym life tym..or if i go gym for few months nd then i left it then it effects my body ??
