hi there, my name is christine my hight is 162cm and my weight is 45. i am very under weight i really need to gain about ten kls in a month can you tell me what food i should eat or what i can take something were i can gain weight fast i can feel my bones all over my body and it makes me sick i reallly need to gain weight fast please can you help me
Hellooo.. Thank you for choosing HCM. First of all you cant add 10 kilos in a month and even if you can it wouldnt be healthy. Gaining weight is much more easy than losing it. you can try the following: 1.Eat 4-5 small meals a day ( to boost metabolism) 2.Consume a high protein diet(around 100gms/day) ( chicken,eggs fish etc) 3.Stay hydrated. 4.Take a protein powder(whey) 5.Add a multi-vitamin to your diet 6.Eat plenty of fruits And lastly have a bit of patience you should see some nice gains ( 5-8 kg) in around 2 months or so .
