As WHO defined health as, '' complete physical, mental and social well being and not just merely absence of disease or infirmity"".
So to be healthy person should have complete physical, mental and social well being.
Diet is just one of the determinants of health.
Yes good nutritious diet is very important for healthy living, but there are other things also to be healthy.
Along with the good diet, regular exercise for physical fitness and doing something that a person likes for mental satisfaction and mental well being is also very important.
Along with all these, person has to stay away from addiction of tobacco and alcohol.
So in short there are various factors that determines health and we need to keep all these in mind.
