my 2 year old child has tiny red bumps on her butt an complains they itch she is potty training an i treat with bath an desiten it seems to help the itch but not the rash and i sortta just comes an goes what do u think it could be or what should i use

The tiny bumps on the buttock could be an allergic reaction to diaper or due to an insect bite. You can use an over the counter hydrocortisone cream. But if the symptoms or rash does not improve, please consult your Dermatologist.
