What Should One Do About Recurrent Proteus Vulgaris Infection On The Thighs Medial Aspect And Groin?

My friend suffers from recurrent Proteus vulgaris infection on her thighs medial aspect and groin. Everytime,she gets some antibiotics prescribed, completes the course and it recurs again very shortly. Could you please help her?If at all she has to visit somebody other than a Dermatologist or General physician,please suggest.

Test AST with culture susceptibility will tell the accurate drug needed for that, especially immunity is important. Take a healthy vegetable diet, antioxidants, and vitamins. An infectious disease specialist can be consulted if specifically needed.
