Hello sir. Last 1week my uncle faces severe lower abdomen pain. He is 35yrs old. Ultrasonography report shows Right kidney measures 10.3cm in bipolar whereas left kidney is 11.7cm. Mild splitting is noted in pelvicalyceal system of left kidney. Both kidneys have no evidence of any calculus or mass. Left distal ureter is also mildly dilated and shows a bright echogenic structure 6-5mm in left VUJ custing acoustic shadow. Wht should patient do?
