What Should We Do As Our Daughter Has A Soft Spot On Her Head Due To A Fall??

my daughter fell about feet last night and hit her head on a cement floor, we called 911 and they said that she was ok and to watch her for a few days. we noticed a soft spot on her right side of her head. she is acting normal right now what should we do

Clinical symptoms are matter here if this is absent then no need to worry about this because such swelling could be due to collection of blood (Hematoma) this would come around soon, still observation is must, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
