Hi.. Diabetic,s need to concentrate on what they take.. The basic rule is avoid as much as sugars as possible.. Based on this any drink that contain sugars mainly glucose has to be avoided.. Sugar free drinks can be taken.. Avoid fruit juices.. Avoid alcohol.. Drinks that contain reduced glucose such as diet soda can be tried.. Involve in regular exercises, it should improve your diabetic status and can inturn help in the diet you take.. Always read the contents of the food that you take especially if it is a packed comodity..
