I did pelvic test, these are the results, pls what can I do? 1. Non gravity, bulky uterus with heterogeneous myometrial echo-texture, endometrial cavity appears normal. 2. A movable, solid hypo-echoic mass is within posterior aspect of the uterus and measures of about 21.6mm×28.8mm in size 3. Adnexae are free relatively. 4. General uterine outline is inconsistent and irregular. Conclusion 1. Acyesis 2. Posterior intramural fibroid.
