What Symptoms Can Be Taken Into Consideration If Pregnant?

Hi I just turned 43 years old and I had an internal ultrasound because I had a light period, enlarge, tender and sore breasts, also a clear discharge from both nipples. The result showed: the uterus is enlarged and anteverted and has a volume of 110ml. The endometrium is 11mm in thickness. No gestational sac is seen. The right ovary has a volume of 19.6ml the left 3.9ml. there are 11 follicles on the right, 10 on the left. There appears to be a left corpus luteum cyst. I had all the symptoms of a pregnancy for the last two month. My question is: Do you think I had a miscarrige? the Gp said That she is sure I had a miscarrige. I want to know if I did. Are there other methods to know if I was?
