What Symptoms Does Spreading Of Colon Cancer Exhibit?
Hello, I was diagnosed with colon cancer about 12days ago. I went in for a routine colonoscopy as I had turned 50 and when I came out the doctor told me I had cancer. It was confirmed when the biopsy came back, I am due to see a general surgeon and have a CT scan. My question is if the cancer had spread would I not have symptoms?

This is very uncertain, as you went for routine colonoscopy and it turned positive for cancer while you had a no symptoms, according to the stages it exhibits the symptoms but when it detected in early stage then this get cure before it start exhibiting some symptoms, take care and good luck.
