What Symptoms Indicate The Presence Of Hydrocele In Testicles?

My 3 year old was born with hydrocele of the testicles. He has been potty trained for about a year, and most recently started tinkling in his underwear. He says he doesn t have to go potty and he didn t go potty. Would this be caused by the hydrocele?

Welcome. These symptoms doesnt have to do anything with hydrocele testes. It has the symptoms of pain, fullness, in scrotum, and if infected, fever.
