hellow Adi thanks for posting query to health magic.
First I will explain about your query to HIV .Confirm that which test you have undergone to rule out HIV, as there are different test with different sensitivity and specificty based on different principle. If you have undergone investigation from reliable source than no need to worry about HIV.
Second about Hb2Ag ,I think there is some confusion as HbSAg is recommended test to rule out Hepatitis B not the Hb2Ag and if this test found negative after 1 month than again no need to worry .
About VDRL test if you are not suffer from any genital ulcer and test found negative than most probably it is negative but to saffer side repeat the VDRL test and again if it come negative consider it as negative.
Hope I would be able to solve your query if you are satisfied please rate me .

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. HIV can be done from 28th day onward which HIV duo test. It includes antibody test for HIV 1 and 2 and p24 antigen test. It can be repeated after 3 months. This will give more than 99% surety. As you have done HbsAg VDRL after 1 month that is enough for syphilis and Hepatitis B. You can also go for chlamydia and gonorrhea which some labs offers its urine tests. In case you are having any discomfort or burning sensation in urethra a swab test also can be done. Another test you should go for is for genital herpes. Antibody test for HSV 1 and 2 can be done for this. As you are now 3 months from exposure you can go for it also. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
