What Tests Should Taken After Pregnancy Is Confirmed?

Hello doctor, We have confirmed the pregnancy in lab on 24/10/11, and now nearly 60 days has gone based on my menstrual cycle.Can you guide me whichever test i have take right now? i had consulted the doctor yesterday.i thought she'll ask me to take ultra sound scan intially. Then she'll start treatment. but she said to take nearly 15 tests. i'll list out here. will u tell me that these tests are necessary within 3 months? one more thing i should tell u that,i had missed abortion on june2011. The tests are HB, PCV, SUGAR(DIPSI after 60 days), STD,CREATININE,UREA,GROUP AND RH, URINE ROUTINE, URINE CULTURE, SCAN(TVS), HIV, HBS AG, BY DAY 70 DOUBLE TEST. and i know the blood group its A1 +ve. In the last pregnancy i took HBS AG(res:non-reactive), VDRL(res:non-reactive), RTV(non-reactive). I think these tests are(res are constant at least for some years) relate to HIV. I have urine analysis report which consists colour, transparency, reaction, sugar, and Pus cells, Epithelial cells, RBC's, cast, crystals. Will these value change often? why should i take group and rh test again and again? kindly clear my doubts. Thank you.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the tests which you mentioned but for urine culture are done once the pregnancy is confirmed just to evaluate the general condition of patient.It depends on the doctor as some get it done prior to 3 months and some later.But for sure they are
to be done.If urine analysis is abnormal then urine culture is done.You need to report the urine analysis,HIV ,HbsAg and VDRL because to rule out the thing that you have not contacted the infection in between.
I think theres no need to repeat the blood grouping and Rh typing as it will never change.
