What The MRI: Loss Of Lumbar Lordosis And Lower Disc Bulging On Left Side Suggest?
I am 17 years old, female , mri found loss of lumbar lordosis and lower disc is bulging on left side. What can i do besides surgery to help flatback syndrome? i have never had back problems before. I have seen physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors...
Loss of lumbar lordosis is due to muscle spasm, it doesnt mean you require surgery. Bulged disc is seen in 60% of normal individuals. Just take NSAIDS with muscle relaxant for 7 - 10 days and do some physiotherapy you will be fine.
