What The Dosage Range For Colimex And Gramophyl?
Hi, My daughter is 3.5 years old. She complaints for stomach ache and is suffering from loose motions past 2 days. Dr had advised me to give her 10 drops of colimex and 5ml of Gramophyl syrup thrice a day. Pls suggest the dosage is correct and for how long should i continue this medicine?

The dosages are right. Add some probiotics to the regimen.FOcus on rehydration. continue till symptoms wean off for at least 5 days. colimex is as per need basis. Whenever the kid feel stomach ache it can be used as an antispasmodic.
