What Time Of The Day Should Tamsulosin, Exforge And Rosuvastatin Be Taken?

Hi my father is visiting and he has forgotten which medication he has to take at what hour. He has bisprolol, tamsulosin hcl, exforge hit and rosuvastatin. He takes 2 of these in the morning and 2 at night but he doesn t know which. Do you think you can help

Hi,

Tamsulosin taken ones per day [30 mins after same meal each day] for bph, exforge can vary [if it is smg/160mg] then ones a day not to exceed 10mg Amlodipine and 320 mg Valsartan per day, it can be taken with other meds. Rosuvastatin but not to exceed 40 [they can take afternoon above two and Rosuvastatin in morning.

Well, I will suggest few tips will helpful in long term. Diet [include fruits, vegetables and water like 7-8 glass in there case even more]. Join him sukshm yoga i,e ombw art of living course [online happyness course breathing exercises are very good for their health] this will take from him psychological burden and when combine with meds, bph / hypertension recovered fast, seen in patients with similar history.
