What To CEA Tests In Range Of 2.3, 2.7 And 3.2 Mean?

My wife had breast cancer last year, went thru chemo and radiation treatment. Recent CEA blood tests are 2.3, 2.7 and now 3.2 within last two months. What should we expect? No doubt she will be contacting her physician tomorrow but wanted to know beforehand what to expect. thanks

CEA is showing a gradually increase so a physical examination and clinical evaluation is mandatory to rule out any recurrence or residual disease.Take care!
